SWAN EMBARKS ON INTENSIVE CUSTOMER FORUM

In its drive to constantly seek to understand and connect with its market and consumers. SWAN organise Customers Forum in its key markets of Jos, Abuja , Kaduna and Kano on 6 th , 15th 20th and 21st November respectively.

The forum was well attended by the distributors and other key customers. It provided opportunity to obtain plausible feedback and strong customer bonding which is hoped to improve customer satisfaction as well as increase business opportunities for the company.
